  • ½ oz triple sec

  • On a small plate, mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip in the mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, apple cider, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup if using.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and apple slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a pitcher (6–8 servings), multiply ingredients by 4 and mix in a pitcher without ice until ready to serve. Adjust sweetness based on cider used. Variations include replacing simple syrup with maple syrup or making a mocktail with ginger beer instead of tequila and triple sec.
