  • 1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt or ½ teaspoon of any other salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika not regular paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil and spices. Use your hands to coat the chicken.
  • Arrange the seasoned thighs in a single layer on a rimmed baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs come in various sizes. Bake them until the largest ones are cooked through. The smoked paprika is essential for great flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days and also frozen for up to three months.
