Ingredients
  

For the salad

  • 6 cups baby spinach packed
  • 2 whole mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned
  • 3 oz raspberries
  • 3 oz blackberries

For the vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mandarin orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
