Cobbler Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small cubes
  • 4 cups fresh blackberries

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat oven to 180C / 350F. Spread the fresh blackberries in a 20x22 baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, rub the butter into the cake mix until the crumbles form.
  • Now sprinkle the mixture evenly on top of the blackberry.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Notes

Make sure that you pat the blackberries dry after you rinse them.
