  • 11 ounces soft caramels
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Chocolate

  • 11.5 ounces chocolate chips (mix of milk and dark)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

  • Arrange cooled pecans in clusters of 3-5 on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Spoon melted caramel over pecan clusters.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Spoon melted chocolate over caramel-coated pecan clusters.
  • If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Allow turtles to set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
