- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar 50 g.
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Sundae
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- ½ gal vanilla ice cream
- Rainbow sprinkles for serving (optional)
- crushed peanuts for serving (optional)
- maraschino cherry for serving (optional)
Hot Fudge
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, cook cream, granulated sugar, chocolate, corn syrup, and butter, whisking constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is thickened, 5 to 8 minutes.
Sundae Assembly
In a large bowl, using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed (or using a whisk), beat cream and confectioners’ sugar until medium peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip, if desired.
