Salmon

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Maple Dijon Glaze

  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • a handful fresh herbs, chopped I used parsley and cilantro

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  • Place your salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and pat it dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the dijon, maple, olive oil, herbs, salt and garlic. Pour it over the salmon.
  • Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when ready.
  • Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when serving.
