Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana (100 to 110 g without peel)
  • 120 ml milk (of your choice, soy milk used here)
  • 100 g flour (wheat flour used here)
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl until you get a nice mush.
  • Add the milk, then sprinkle in the flour and baking soda, stirring constantly.
  • Heat a pan, Oiling it if it tends to stick, then pour 2 tablespoons of batter in the center.
  • Cook on low/medium heat until small bubbles form on the surface, about 45 seconds to 1 minute for the first side, then flip the pancake and cook for another 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Repeat until the batter is finished. Serve with maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, fruits, or as desired.

Notes

Consider this recipe as a base to which you can add fruits like raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or even chocolate chips as per your preference.
