Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna 5-ounce cans
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, chives and/or other herbs
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Then, add the tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery and red onions, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Enjoy the tuna salad plain out of a bowl, wrapped in lettuce, or in a sandwich.

Notes

If you’d like a creamier texture you can always add more mayonnaise. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
